    For turmeric to be beneficial you need 1000 milligrams a day of the spice or fresh that equals 5 teaspoons of turmeric to achieve the 1000 milligrams of curcuminoids which are the actual benefit.
    Seems very difficult a task at only 1/8 a teaspoon. 😊✌
